    You do realize that Microsoft has a much high ROA than Exxon, right? So it's OK for Microsoft to make a huge profit, but Exxon's return is gouging?

    I don't have the answer to that.

    Interesting fact... 40% of Addison County, Vermont (Middlebury) voted for George W. Bush. How much do you want to bet that registered republicans on the Middlebury faculty is below 40%? 10% ? 5% ?

    97% of the county is white. 1/2 of 1% are black. Our boy is getting a "diverse" liberal arts education.

    Eh. We have some conservative professors, especially in the poli Sci and economics departments.

    Look up Murray Dry. I've taken a couple classes from him.

    Environmental science and other applied sciences are dominated by liberals.

    The thing you don't seem to realize is no one is a product of their professors. Smart people can see past perceived biases. Apparently you can't.
