Obama has signed several new Executive Orders, (based on this lie), that will add hundreds of billions of dollars of cost to the economy. But it's ok, it's just another social experiment.

Costly. Yes,those who are looking to profit on the backs of the poor and middle class are seeing their path to riches not coming together like they have hoped.

There are plenty of Fairfield County conservative elite here. They're pretty out of touch with the world.

How much of an ROA should a company be allowed to have? Enlighten us.

You do realize that Microsoft has a much high ROA than Exxon, right? So it's OK for Microsoft to make a huge profit, but Exxon's return is gouging?

I don't have the answer to that.

Go spend an hour with one and get back to me. Don't bother them WHILE THEY'RE WORKING! Too bad Middlebury isn't in Fairfield County. No conservatives in Middlebury?

Interesting fact... 40% of Addison County, Vermont (Middlebury) voted for George W. Bush. How much do you want to bet that registered republicans on the Middlebury faculty is below 40%? 10% ? 5% ?

97% of the county is white. 1/2 of 1% are black. Our boy is getting a "diverse" liberal arts education.
  • Eh. We have some conservative professors, especially in the poli Sci and economics departments.

Look up Murray Dry. I've taken a couple classes from him.

Environmental science and other applied sciences are dominated by liberals.

The thing you don't seem to realize is no one is a product of their professors. Smart people can see past perceived biases. Apparently you can't.

No the fucking issue is more important than profits. The entire human race could get fucked over within 100 years.

Or the human race could adapt and move forward as it always does.

In 100 years there will be an outpost on Mars, interstellar travel will be a reality, and global warming probably will not be an issue at all.

You're the one that brought up gouging as an issue as a way to deflect the issue, not me. I was just asking if Exxon is entitled to an ROA that is in line with and in fact smaller than many other companies.
