That's not what the poll said. It said "and pays by taxes". Most people with common sense knows going to single payer will save money. And the vast majority of people will pay less out of pocket. I know two people currently with cancer who can't leave their job because of medical insurance. One has a very good plan that is allowing an alternative treatment that most won't cover. The other wants to go out on his own but can't because his medical would cost too much.
Those are isolated instances but that shit happens all the time. -

Yes. Emergency rooms are for emergencies. Not colds. Of course that really started when they passed laws that they were required to treat anyone for anything.
