What if the AG is a soft minded bureaucrat and assumed that a doctor would have followed state law and reported the rape? No rape report = "not a whisper". The dazzler allegedly believes there was no major election fraud because no court has found such. Of course, no court ever looked, but that's good enough for the dazzler.

That's how California can claim that non-citizens don't vote in our elections. Always amazing what you don't find when you never go looking for it in the first place.

And then when you say we should be looking, the dazzler says no, it's racist and it doesn't happen. Then you show a picture of a Cali Voter Registration where the check on citizenship is to check the box that you are a citizen. Fool proof says our hypothetical MBA which missed all the classes on the necessity of internal controls.

Come on now, they ask people to sign their registration verifying that they are indeed a US citizen. What more safeguards do you want?
