Alabama adds OL RyQueze McElderry: Ex-Georgia commit chooses Crimson Tide
Long expected to be a potential flip, in-state lineman RyQueze McElderry did exactly that this holiday weekend by committing to Alabama. He decommitted from Georgia on Saturday and pledged to the Crimson Tide on the Fourth of July.
McElderry is a 6-foot-3, 340-pounder from Anniston, and Alabama likes the power he can create on the interior of an offensive line. He ranks No. 406 nationally and No. 22 in the state of Alabama in the 247Sports Composite, and though he's a three-star recruit, his list of offers tells the story of how much schools value him. In addition to Georgia, he made official visits to Auburn and Tennessee.
He is Alabama’s 10th commitment for the 2023 class and the sixth since June 20. Headlined by five-star prospects Tony Mitchell and Jahlil Hurley, the Crimson Tide's class ranks 17th nationally and fourth in the SEC.

Should have recruited L'Carpetron Dookmarriot instead. Highly underrated.
