    I think mine's a Spanish made Ruby which is a copy of the 1905? Browning. It's in surprisingly good condition and the design still holds up. Haven't shot it yet bc who knows what might happen. Both for safety and bc I don't want to destroy an antique with real history to it. Will post pics in the wam if @Sledog gets a hallpass.

    If it's in good shape and functional shooting it would be fine. I've never know steel that has a modicum of care to get weaker to the point of failure. I shoot old guns. I shoot old ammo. Oldest ammo was 1918 shot fine. Have 1930's ammo that shoots great.
