When I was 12 or 13 years old, a grown man at a Safeway in Lincoln City OR told me he hated the Huskies. I had a UW shirt on. I told him I hated the Ducks. He actually didn't have any OU apparel on but I knew a Beav wouldn't do that.

Did it to Aaron Brooks a long time ago when he lived a few houses down from a relative here in Houston. Ended up talking to him for at least a half an hour…really nice dude.

The judges will allow it for semi-celebrity brown nosing or the potential of free drinks.

Otherwise it’s like grown fucking men wearing jerseys. Total douche move

Saying Go Anything to strangers in public not in a game setting is for fucktards.

Actually even at a game it's stupid.

I say a simple Go Dawgs to Husky fans down here and vice versa.

In Seattle I didn’t. It’s all based on geographic proximity.
Also allowable but borderline douche move.

In somewhere like the Amalfi Coast or Phukit, encouraged because low percentage of the poor white trash fan abroad

I did it (and have done it a few times) as an means to strike up a conversation…don’t see much P12 stuff around here so it’s always interesting to hear the stories of how various West Coast folks end up in Houston and where they are from originally. Met some really interesting folks that way.

If someone’s doing it as pride for a school that doesn’t give a rat’s ass about its athletic program as some means of self-validation then yeah…it’s pretty douche.

Whenever I see a block W on a car or anyone wearing Husky anything in Sac, I just stare them down and double wave tupac hands until they look at me like a fucking freak or gang sign back.
