Antonio Scalia once told his clerks that if they ever leaked internal dealings of the court he would do everything in his power to ruin their careers. I hope the other 9 (really the three this is about) agree. Whoever did it should be fired and disbarred. If it was a justice (highly unlikely) they should be impeached.

Know a couple of women that had a miscarriage. They both remember the anniversary of what they consider the death of their baby. In the big picture I think there is a huge moral difference between taking a morning after pill which prevents an egg from implanting into the uterine wall and offing a baby that gets startled in the womb when a vacuum cleaner is turned on.MikeDamone said:
