Another guy that is absolutely awful. I hate how Noah and John Oliver aren’t even American but are obsessed with American politics. I get that it’s their job, but it’s still lame.46XiJCAB said:I’m still trying to figure out how Trevor Noah was ever considered funny. I should have gone to his show at the local casino just to heckle him.
Fallon is the only one of the bunch that actually has any talent. It’s not my cup of tea, but he can do good impressions and has some creative talent, which is why he was on SNL and Lorne Michaels chose him to be his late night guy.
Kimmel worked his way from the bottom and got his ABC show after the Man Show and has held onto it. He is a Hollywood shill, but he’s a nice, albeit talentless guy. He wasn’t given anything tho and did start from the bottom.
Colbert sucks. I respected him talking shit to George Bush, but when I watched his show, it was goofy nonsense. He’s 100x worse now.
Jon Stewart is a big lefty, but he doesn’t lap everything up like a good boy. He’s at least a very smart man. -
I agreed once upon a time. But the woke environment and the chicom crud absolutely broke Fallon. I used to DVR his show and watch about a third of it. But when he went full woke his Trump skits that were just stupid and he did them every show. He couldn't blow Cuomo any harder. It was just embarrassing and he was the ultimate Karen spreading chicom crud fear. When Gutfeld, who I don't find particularly funny, is outdrawing all the other late night show hosts that tells you that woke isn't funny and America is watching something else.

Fallon is pretty good when it comes to music related stuff. Same with James Corden.RoadDawg55 said:

Colbert is fucking worthless.
They should all stay the fuck away from politics unless it is to mock both sides unmercifully. Carson gave no fucks on which party was in power.

I watch old Carson episodes. His political stuff was never vicious and pretty evenly targeted. Now it’s like a Leftist Religious revival and the GOP is the Devil.PurpleThrobber said:

He sucks. When Comedy Central went woke a few years ago, he was part of it. Jon Stewart was pretty good. He actually made fun of liberals too.46XiJCAB said:I’m still trying to figure out how Trevor Noah was ever considered funny. I should have gone to his show at the local casino just to heckle him.

It's about ideology over businessRoadDawg55 said:
They aren’t comedians. There are still plenty of comedians that give very little fucks. Theo Von, Tim Dillon, Mark Normand, Shane Gillis, etc. There are a bunch that aren’t leftist shills. Podcasting has actually made it so more comedians have a platform beyond the huge names and late night hosts.Pitchfork51 said:When comedians decided it was financially a good move to just become leftist shills they forgot that once people were over that they'd be fucked.
I mean fuck dude. It's 2022 and people think Dave Chappelle is the modern kkk
For some reason, performers and artists are basically exiled from “mainstream” Hollywood if they aren’t leftist shills.
The world has changed tho. There is no chance any of the late night hosts could come even close to Rogan on their own. Not that many people really give a shit what they have to say. Do you ever talk to someone that is a huge Kimmel, Fallon, or Colbert fan? I honestly never have. -
Noah did tell the folks last night to be careful as they left because this administration is horrible at leaving
A little dead Afghans and billions of dollars of equipment left behind humor -
Colbert was really good 10 years ago. When he went to cBS, it became bland and stupid. It's kind of like how Letterman was funny in the 80s because he had the 12:30 slot on NBC and did off the wall stuff, but when he got more money and an earlier time slot, they had to make it vanilla and stupid so yokels in Dupuke Iowa would get it. Plus Trump absolutely broke these fags. There's plenty to be critical of Trump about, and the guy is a clown, but the TDS is off the charts. Trump's actually pretty funny sometimes too. Maybe they felt threatened because he's funnier than they are....

Kolbert peaked with his Sesame St. ABC’s DVD with Nicole Sullivan.

John Stewart on Colbert tearing about the “covid came from a bat” narrative was pretty good. Colbert looked like a fucking jackass trying to question him about it.RoadDawg55 said:
