Disney basically bought Orlando and the surrounding farm land for a song. The Florida Disney operation is a whole lot more than Disneyland. Colorado is like Oregon. Not going to be able to buy square miles of Denver suburban property and "develop" it. Dems don't do development. They tried to cater to a small segment of their workers, the woke mob, and instead have woken an angry conservative mob nation wide, may have significant financial impacts to deal with if all the pissed off people cancel Disney Plus and stop enjoying their cruises/theme parks and now have lost self regulation ability in Florida (which appears to have been an absolute sweetheart deal).
