Spring transfer portal (aka UDFA signing) should be interesting

Both Eklund and the Cascade Sports guy, Ryland Spencer, have predicted UW could have 10-15 guys leave the team after spring practice is over.
They did, however, note that none of these transfers are starters. I honestly think that will be the case for a lot of teams. You have freshmen and sophomores all over the country finding themselves sitting 3rd or 4th on the depth chart in spring and thinking they could get a better shot elsewhere. You also have seniors who might be 2nd on the depth chart and it's their last chance to be a starter.
So there could be a mad scramble of picking up shitty players post spring because all of a sudden you are 10 under the scholarship limit.
Either way, it will be interesting

Seriously, if that isn’t a key part of UW’s recruiting strategy, they’re definitely doing it wrong.dannarc said:Now is the tim to poach the blue bloods 5* two deeps

If that number is correct, plus adding in the kids who transferred b4 spring and you get pretty close to the number Eklund estimated could leave had Jimmy stayed.
