There was a time when my mom pulled my ass off the court at halftime after I simply looked at a referee with a short stare. The coach had to beg my mother to let me come to practice the next day. That was high school.
At a Babe Ruth baseball game I was in, the other team had a few drunken parents causing a ruckus by screaming obscenities' at the umpire. Two teammates fathers were Cobb Crushed Rock quarry truck drivers (Westlinn will remember that name), real tough guys. They put an end to that shit real quick.
Look at how far the expectations we have in our children has fallen. Not one MF'er stepped in to help the referee. This happened near where I raised my kids in the subs in Atlanta and why once they graduated HS we got the hell out of there. Its now a demilitarized zone.
WTF are we doing allowing this shit to happen?
