    Defendants routinely want confidentiality. Amounts are irrelevant to that issue.
    Trump wanted confidentiality with Stormy. What happened? If CNN can leak fake news there is no way that some "anonymous" source wouldn't leak favorable news on the settlement. They haven't.
    Neither has Sandmann or his huckster attorney.
    They have more to lose. If it was a $5 million settlement but would be substantially reduced if the NDA was breached, it wouldn't be breached. It's like barry's grades. If they were evidence that he was the smartest president, evah, we would know what they were. If CNN had a nominal settlement it would be out there. Along with the other Sandmann settlements. If they were nominal settlements, Sandmann would have settled all outstanding lawsuits. He hasn't.

That was strike 1 and 2. Now, the leakiest businesses in the US aren't leaking and you think that means they won. Strike 3. I pity your mythical clients.
    Dazzler is the master of the response that doesn't refute nor even most of the time address anything you actually said, and then he'll declare victory.
