People ask me "what now"? In terms of the historical lessons regarding the march to fascism. I am sorry to say that "now" presents only two choices: either patriots (in the military, acting with the Parliamentary opposition) arrest the tyrannical leaders and they are charged with treason and imprisoned, or failing that, the next step is that the tyrants will arrest Parliamentary leaders, brutalize them and hold them without trial, and freeze citizens' assets. I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE WHAT TO DO, just describing historical precedent. That's where we are at. - Naomi Wolf

Option 2 happens (specifically the freezing of citizens assets) and then Option 3 kicks in.

Option 3: All hell breaks loose.
