Sounds like what you're really looking for is content advice, but I'm going to go with what the title suggests you're looking for. w/respect.
Listened to every pod so far, enjoyed them, all three of the main players and every guest have been likeable. BUT... I don't think you guys have nailed it yet from a technical standpoint. You guys still sound like you're trying to record a podcast and are uncomfortable doing so instead of just sounding like three guys talking (terrible Husky) football. I'm guessing it's exactly what I would sound like were I trying to do what you're doing. Because I would be "trying" instead of just naturally doing.
We talk a lot of shit about Softy and the former Honks and whatnot, but there really is a talent to come across naturally over the air. I think that was TSIO's strongest suit (being hilariously wrong about everything was a close second). I'm not a technically gifted podcaster, so I have no idea what it takes to pull that off, but it's kind of like Potter Stewart on pornography: you know it when you hear it. If I were you guysm, I'd work on eliminating the dead air and confusion about who's turn it is to talk. Maybe that's difficult because you're not in the same room, and maybe you have to establish some kind of hierarchy such that nobody's afraid of talking over each other because there's an established pecking order of who yields to who when it happens. I don't know.
I’ve listened to the last 3-4 pods and have enjoyed them all immensely. Personally, I listen to 3-4 NFL podcasts already so sticking to UW and college ball is a big reason I like the pod, so I’d like a college/UW orientated podcast more than anything, and all of the other UW podcasts are absolutely horrible.
Listening to Dawgman Radio is one of my favorite things to do when I’m blacked out and looking to yell about something, but if I listened to them in my sober mind I would become a cuog in less than a full episode.
Dave and Soft are complete blowhards imo but their interviews can sometimes be okay.
Who cares about the dead air and technical problems. That's what makes it real. No NFL please. Maybe some recruiting news (if any). Also agree with earlier post, how about digging up some history? Maybe some pods dedicated to past teams under certain coaches, highlight a few years and some of the stories about top players during that time.

As a young UW fan the first season I truly remember watching was 2006.. the history portion would be pretty awesome, I’ve always enjoyed Derek’s story’s about Don James

In earlier episodes we got a handful of complaints that we were often talking over the top of each other. There's a slight delay so when one person talks the other two don't hear it until a very slight delay has passed. So we have become self-conscious of that and always try to not talk over the top of each other.
But in terms of three guys sitting around talking Husky football, we've become pretty comfortable with that. Though I do think there is room for improvement.
Anyway, that's the reason why it maybe seems just slightly out of sync at times.

We'll have something history-oriented this spring.
I want to hear about how shitty the AD and Ms Ramming are. Investigative content would be best. An expose of the day to day waste thats going on with NLI and promoting the program is a start. Does HH have a mole in the AD that can get some dirt?

I think it’s important on the history front to not just talk about the on-field play, but talk about the all out effort of the program itself. At one time, this team was a top priority for upper campus. What was that like? What did they do differently back then? When did that change? etc…

If it was ever a top priority for upper campus, it was before my time. But then again, President Suzzallo fired Gil Dobie in 1916 when Dobie had nine consecutive undefeated seasons. So I'm guessing upper campus has always had scorn for the football program, to some degree.
But yes, we will do something history-related that people will enjoy.

Oh, interesting. I'll defer to you on the history of the program. I had always been under the impression that football was a priority for Gerberding and McCormick. Hearing the real history there would definitely be worth a listen.

Huh?
For example the Colorado rumors. LOL. At least we fired Yimdawg as soon as we could. @RuffaloSoldier is so fucking fucked.
