Yet I can drive I-5, I-205 and I-405 and see with my own eyes the obscene amount of trash around the numerous tent cities. It’s truly disgusting and an embarrassment to PDX. -

Most of the homeless that you see living on the streets and throwing their trash around are all drug addicts and or crazy people who have destroyed their brains through their drug abuse.Goduckies said:
