Cut spending on public education to zero and give each parent $12k per kid and call it good. Far cheaper and then you would actually get some education. Cut the hundreds of billions in federal and state renewable tax credits, ethanol and renewable energy standards. You leftards love public transit and the public in the vast majority of the country hate it and the public danger it entails.
