Why does this staff think Sean McGrew is good?

One of these is not like the other.
How can a coaching staff think a 5'7 180 lb RB w. no vision or ability to shed a tackle is the ideal option to hand the ball off to on 1st and 2nd down? Kamari Pleasant and Cam Davis were the reason the offense turned it around in the 2nd half. They hit holes hard and the shed tackles - it's really an easy observation.
This is what McGrew looks like every time he gets tackled:

Davis still looks slow. Pleasant might be best.
Lovin' this stable.
The offense has no rhyme or reason; it's schizophrenic and the team can't get into a groove because the preparation and play-calling is so bad.
There's a huge difference between that play and handing the ball off to him on a dive expecting him to make a play. He can't run the ball in a traditional set - so stop giving it to him.
Each game there's a new guy that looks like a B- grade running back instead of an F. Without fail, the next game he's back to being an F
Always do that when they have 8 in the box on Defense
Davis looked okay but lost us a game already by fumbling
