Not a legal expert like mellow but discovery and depositions could have some explosive results if he gets there. Seems like a logical spot for some big outside money to burn some cash in search of answers and not an roi via settlement with a million NDA’s attached.

The State is almost assuredly going to lose. Religious exemptions are doing pretty well in the courts I believe. Rolo going to get paid millions to do nothing. And not have to live in Pullman. Best trick ever.

If Rolo is the martyr we want him to be, he takes it the whole way, no settlement and everything public along the way.
