Your Donovan and have just spent your 4th year at Jacksonville being the Asst. Running back coach at probably 250k a year when out of the blue Jimmy Lake calls about being his OC and after the interview he offers you 900K a year and a THREE Year Contract when normally they are 2 year deals.

Don't blame him for hitting the equal of the job lottery. There isn't a offense on planet earth Jimmy Lake wanted to run that Jon Don wouldn't be all in on no matter how he felt about it.

I'm all for bashing assistants when there is one unit or even a whole phase that isn't working. Hamdan was obviously an anchor to the 2019 team that was pretty talented otherwise.

That's not the case now though. The whole program sucks. There's only one person to blame and it is Lake. Donovan couldn't right the ship with this offense if he was a freakin genius. It's more than Xs and Os, plus we don't know how much the arrogant fuck, Lake that is, has influenced the scheme and influences the play calling.
