    And that’s just one guy who was caught. As a comparison, We have quite an industry here for fake ID’s, Green cards and even birth certificates. A couple years ago, a fairly large operation got busted in Woodburn. But the Authorities said that there are still many others out there doing the same thing.

    If you catch a guy with 600 fake ballots leading up to a recall election, it’s probable that there are hundreds if not thousands out there doing the same thing.
