I have been pulled over 6 times in 4 month here in CDA... all because they were hopeful I was drunk. I wasn't so they let me go but still wasted 20 to 30 min of my life and cost me money. Just because you have the right to use one of your 3000 codes doesn't mean you should.... tired of being harrased because you want to generate revenue. And having said that you still shouldn't drink and hope to get away with it. But a cop should follow you and a good one can tell if you are drunk or not without using those BS codes.

I never pulled people over without probable cause. Never. But I can count the times I didn't have PC on one maybe two fingers. No PC no stop who knows maybe it was the Green River killer I let go on his way but that's how the game is played. Because I made sure to be knowledgeable means I cared about my integrity, not the other way around. I don't lie in court either because I never came close to needing to to so. I could also write good reports with all the necessary elements and that kept me from a lot of testimony and earned mostly guilty pleas even on serious charges.

I respect police in the big cities that have to do real police work and there I only got pulled over once in 4 years doing uber.... here in cda 6 times in 4 months... all for crap. I even went off on one cop as I was pulled over for the 6th time... turns out I had a light out. So it was the only legit one... so tired of getting pulled over just to see if I was drunk...
