I dunno, I think he let's 'em back. On Mitch, he basically said it's not always the best thing to release a kid without teaching them a lesson. I think he's smart enough to know if he kicks them off, they'll be playing immediately at USC next season. If they do what's asked and don't fuck up, they'll eventually be back. Unless WIlliams grasps the QB job and MIles transfers.

i wondered why the paper was getting thinner and thinner. makes sense, when you kill all your contacts it gets pretty hard to write a story.

This. I don't think he wants to lose these guys. If they don't fuck up, I think they come back after a couple game suspension in the fall.

String has a role on the team and will stay provided he learns from the experience.

I fully expect Troy Williams to take the job and run with it ... and Miles will leave as a result.

The only thing that I think long term that this will cause is people to potentially second guess and criticize Williams when he loses wondering if Miles would have done better. Bottom line is that I expect that Williams would have won the job from Miles anyway.
