trump's side is shoveling the idea that these are "fringe benefits", they've even admitted that it all happened but are minimizing it saying "everyone does it ... why don't you guys go after the bigger fish?" and "hunter biden needs his weiner slapped too!" ...
problem is: this isn't a "fringe benefit" like a laptop or a cel phone ... reports is that the trump org specifically had 2 sets of books where they figured out the amount for private school here etc and taking it off a senior execs salary in order to reduce the taxable amount.
That's tax evasion.
if the feds have this evidence and info it could mean serious trouble.

Regardless if anyone thinks the "left" has a huge hard-on for trump and his org and is willing to go the extra mile etc ... it's tax evasion. If the feds have the goods they have a case ... now it's just a matter of how far they are willing to go. If they don't have a case or if it's weak they may just elect to let it go for another day.

The goofball from the Jersey shore did 8 months for not paying on $9 million. So he owed $3 million. He wouldn’t have gotten any time if he wouldn’t have fought it. Any citizen who did the same who is not connected with Trump isn’t going to jail over this. -
