Gave a white player the last shot. Pippen just exposed Phil!!! We always knew Phil was a racist and now Scottie confirmed it for us!

    If it is "THE SHOT" that is being referenced, John Paxson made it and sealed another title for the Bulls.

    One of the Top 10 best NBA coaches of all time (The Triangle O was genius) makes a decision. One arrogant, uneducated basketball player who himself brilliantly devalued his future earnings potential by about $75,000,000, wants to second guess the coach and call him racist. What is wrong with that picture?

    Pippen was happy to be coached to 6 championships by Jackson. Evidently championships trump racism.

    Watched the interview. Hate to see an all-timer from the last great (and watchable) era of basketball go there. Dan handled him with kid gloves and allowed him multiple opportunities to try and support his position. He did not. Real shame. Always liked and revered Scottie.

    Didn’t Pippen also bitch out and refuse to go into a game in the closing seconds because his feelers were hurt?

    The same even being discussed.

    While he’s calling Phil racist, he should remember that he himself took a verbal beating from his teammates in the locker room immediately after. If I remember correctly from The Last Dance, he was actually contrite later on. Guess not.

    It’s like Love is some slouch. I only recognize 3 names on the team and “the white guy” is one of them.


    I am not going to watch because I need to see more people on the court who look like me so I feel included and welcomed.

    I thought the bassetball (I like to spell it the way 95% of announcers pronounce it) team was supposed to be diverse and represent a cross section of Americana? 57% white, 14% black, 16% latinX, 3% Asian, 1% trans, 11% gay, hope I did not miss or offend anyone
