    My money is on zombie Joe announcing he’s running in 2024 right after the 2022 midterms or so, pretends for the next year that he’s actually running in 2024, and then bailing from election in Feb 2024 for health reasons. Kamala jumps in and avoids actually having anyone run against anyone in the primary at that point. To avoid exposing her, they need to get the timing right.

    Then she gets slaughtered in the general as she isnt capable of actually winning a primary or a general election.
