About once a week I receive an email from someone saying they're having trouble logging in with their password. Just send me an email at derekjohnsonbooks@hotmail.com and let me know, and I will manually go into your profile and select the option: "Verified. Bypasses spam and pre-moderation filters." This takes care of the problem most of the time.
