    It sounds like you are saying he did not institute any loyalty pledge at any point.
    He didn't institute loyalty oaths for people serving in the military. Like every other President he expect loyalty from the people who worked in his Administration. Is this just your obtuse act or are you this thick a fucking Kunt?
