Great news for Oregon. Kate Brown II has announced the state is going to end the homeless problem by spending a lot of money and putting crazy meth and fentanyl and severe alcoholics into public housing. Finally, some outside the box thinking on the homeless issue. Next thing you know is that San Fran and LA will be adopting these new radical public policies and the homeless issue will be solved.

We're getting so much water now that they releasing water from some reservoirs. They're worried they won't have the capacity to store all the snow melt this spring. We should have been expanding water storage the past 20 years. There is some smaller reservoirs coming on-line but it isn't nearly enough.WestlinnDuck said:
