Too true. Or the kids just could have defaced a public statute. Flag burning and defacing public monuments all clearly free speech, but jeezus driving a scooter, bike or skateboard over a Pride Flag painted on a public street is clearly a threat to our democracy and must be dealt with.

It’s been pretty public the crimes he was charged with and of which he was convicted. Weird how you missed them, it was in the news quite a bit.
