Yes we walked to school, wandered, explored to our limits, pulled funny harmless pranks on neighbors etc. We went to the park and school and played unsupervised and unharmed. We got in fidt fights regualrly. Somehow we survived. Being the youngest I had it the easiest. Rules were more relaxed etc. We rode bikes and skateboards all over the place. We had steel wheeled skateboards at first then clay and finally Urethane! We rode our bikes to the beach and body surfed, dived for money off the pier. We always had a pocket knife even at school. It was OK. We had woodshop and never lost fingers. None of us, that I knew of, were never kidnapped, raped or had a crime committed against them.
Damn we had it good!
I feel sorry for my grandkids.

I used to walk to kindergarten with about four other kids. Nobody thought anything of it. My mom tried to force me to wear a bike helmet with varying success about 1990. Other than that, we had free reign. Seattle had fewer pussies back then. It was more normal liberals.

Muslims have it right. Put the women in burkhas and no venturing outside without a male family member. And what's up with educating chics anyway? Why have American feminists failed to protect our young women and properly prepare for marriage and motherhood.
