I disagree. I was born immediately with an American birth certificate born abroad. Maybe Canada has a treaty or something that allowed itSledog said:

By definition I think I count as natural born american -
Oregon Public Schools have been bottom of the barrel for decades now. Washington’s used to be near the top without much expense per student difference. I remember they were like 7th when I went there. But the woke has taken it down quite a few notches in recent years. -
