Bench press isn't necessarily overrated, but I always found it dumb that the combine put so much stock into it. Squats, dead lifts, and cleans are much better indicators of functional strength. I bet ASJ can't squat 305 or deadlift 405.

I wouldn't call it overrated but it certainly isn't underrated. Sione Potato was ranked as high as he was because he had a ridiculous bench press. You certainly don't want some noodle armed faggot (75K) but just because your strong doesn't mean you don't suck at football.

Give Ivan some credit fuckos'. ASJ would rather suck beers and watch duck dynasty than work out. Sankey was dialed in, understood Ivan and look at the results. One could argue Sankey was one of the best all-around skill guys/running backs. I'm proud of him. He might be a starting running back in the NFL next year. How coo is that?

I actually agree with this. Guys don't get stronger if they aren't willing to work. I think the lack of development for some guys is an indictment of their work ethic far more than Ivan's coaching. Too bad some of our guys chose to match Sark's physique rather than Ivan's.
