"Chauvin" is a free man, and hasn't spent a day in prison after "choking out" Corona Light. He hosts the television show "Cash Cab."

The selection of Chauvin as the mark to "take the fall" is symbolic. White male, Toxic Masculinity 'Chauvinist.'

Don't feel sorry for him though, he's getting paid to participate in the scam. And the Masons will probably kill him anyway, to prevent him from talking.

I have no opinion on what verdict will come; I haven't been following the trial at all.

Regardless of what happens on the Floyd verdict, he'll still be facing the tax evasion charges.

    What a fucking loser.

    Unemployed.
    Divorced.
    Tax evader.
    140 lbs. LO fucking L.

Little pussy with a badge and gun thinks he's tough. Typical cop.

None of those are admissible in a court of law with regards to the case at hand. But all the feels noted.

    Like a typical leftist.

    What part of:

I have no opinion on what verdict will come; I haven't been following the trial at all.

    did you struggle to understand?
Apparently enough to have feels and an opinion on the accused.

Murder and manslaughter charges require proof of intent to harm, evincing a depraved mind, reckless disregard for human life, etc.

Fact is the video evidence shows Floyd asking to be put on the ground, a toxicology report that includes cannabinoids, fentanyl, and methamphetamine in his system, he had COVID, heart disease, hypertension, and sickle cell. He was having difficulty breathing before he was placed on the ground, and there is 20 minutes of footage before the neck hold (that Chauvin was trained to do by the police department) of Floyd not being physically abused by police.

All of that makes it hard to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that Chauvin intended to harm Floyd to begin with, that he was of a depraved mind, or that he reckless disregarded life using techniques he was literally trained to do. Most rational people would conclude that 9 minutes on the neck is too long, especially after he went quiet. However even 2nd degree manslaughter requires the state to prove that Chauvin knows that to be a reckless action and that he's consciously disregarding the potential lethality of that action. Which all he needs for a defense is "I was trained in this hold as a non-lethal hold."

Negligent homicide is a layup. It just isn't good enough for the mob.

Gladdy drops the most rational viewpoint yet.

He is guilty. The swiftness that they've come back with a verdict is the tell. His best bet was a hung jury.

Question is - were they paid in cash (always pay cash) or via wire/cashier check for a paper trail on future interviews/stick to the narrative blackmail?

All counts. Guy never had a chance at a fair trial. I mean come on, he was divorced.
