As someone who has delivered and driven uber, if you drive during the day there and you are in an area with no gas stations that have restrooms especially after covid you have to do what you have to do. In sf you can pee on the sidewalks so nbd, but the burbs not so much. Luckily for me I mainly drove at night, so I didn't need a bottle, but those guys don't. Also UPS and FedEx trucks have the same issue. It has nothing to do with working conditions and everything to do with available bathrooms close to their route. Also for flex, they get paid the same I'd they get done in 2 hours or the 4 they were scheduled, so if you can save 30 mins by using a bottle vs finding a open gas station that is good, plus going inside a station makes it easier to steal your packages.

This nuance is too much for me to process.
The point is, pee and poop in the trucks is not a sign of over working the drivers. It is a sign off other potential issues. -
