How good will Daniels be at 4.5 232lbs and 6'4? We all know dude brah recruited too many receivers for 1 team and decided to move a top 20 receiver to tight end to cover his ass..... But seriously, how good is this future NFL wide out?

No matter what he does, I trust Peterman will figure out the best way to utilize him.
So you are basing this off of Doogman reports or you are full of shit. I'm going with abundance.
Hands and catching can be slightly improved, but you either have it or you don't. The kids on the playground that sucked at catching when teu were little, sucked when they were older no matter how much football they played. If he could catch he would have been the #1 WR in the country because very few guys are as big and fast as him.
I put no stock into what fetters and Eklund say, but there were multiple TBS experts from different networks saying his hands were suspect. He also dropped way down in the rankings which is something they are normally hesitant to do.
If Stringfellow gets salvaged then this guy isn't really needed at WR. He's as big and maybe faster than Stringfellow but you can see the sparkling polish String has as a receiver and I agree that Daniels will never reach that level if he was rough coming in. It's more than just hands. It's timing, positioning, judging balls, manipulating coverage, etc.
That being said, he could very easily be the next Kam Chancellor if he played S ...
You can tell me I'm an idiot if I'm wrong, but this guy will never be a go to WR.
You are right that body control, adjusting to the ball, etc. is a lot based on natural ability. I do think you can get better with that with reps. But you aren't going to work yourself into being Jerry Rice through reps.
I do think that he's got a greater upside on defense than offense though ... he could very easily turn himself into an All-Conference defender.
