Echo Lake is on Wilshire pretty much downtown as much as LA has a downtown. Its spread around like the rest of the place but still Echo Lake was and could be a gem in the city that of course is a shithole now.

So, you are a taxpaying homeowner in Cali and you decide to build a deck without a permit. It's a very nice deck, because you care. Some Karen turns you in.
