Does smearing your political opponents with baseless charges of racism count as...

Political leaders, civil rights activists, and national and local elected officials condemned last week’s attack as an act of bigoted terror, drawing a connection between the majority-Asian victims and a recent surge in hate crimes against Asian and Pacific Islander Americans.
Law enforcement officials and some legal figures have shied away from labeling the killings a hate crime, saying there is insufficient evidence of motivation. Prosecutors in two separate counties are still weighing whether to invoke the hate crimes law…
President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Georgia on Friday, casting the shootings in the context of broader abuse and intolerance directed at people of Asian descent.
But absent clear evidence of the shooter’s intent, there is broad division on whether there are sufficient grounds for adding hate crime charges.

Until the non-leftists punch back and say 'fuck you and your racist accusations - prove it, bitch', the marxists know they have a protected species strategy.
You're fucked if you deny. You're fucked if you stay silent. You're fucked if you take any kind of non-critical race theory position in public.
With CRT cultists like @TheKobeStopper, he wilts and becomes a joke when challenged.
So, what I'm saying is IRL, the world needs to be more like The Tug. -
The backlash has begun

Loury is another great black man who should be held up as an example for all of black America but like Clarence Thomas he is trashed.

In my world, the dude would be offed in a month by the state for premeditated multiple murders. There is no reasonable doubt. Empanel the jury, have a one day trial then schedule the lethal injection. In the leftards' world they will dither about attaching a hate crime to an open and shut case as they choose virtual signaling over actual punishment of a monster. Hell, we won World War II in about the time it took to convict Major Hasan who was shot while trying to kill others and who admitted the 13 murders and why. He got the death penalty in 2013 but for some reason is still alive.

Exactly. This is like when they tried to attack Bush when he was Gov. of Texas because despite the fact that the guys who dragged James Byrd behind the truck had been convicted and were currently on death row, Texas didn't also charge them with a "hate" crime.WestlinnDuck said:In my world, the dude would be offed in a month by the state for premeditated multiple murders. After the Hasan shot up the Fort Hood Army base, while yelling "allah akbar" as he gunned people down the Obama Admin and Rats in Congress couldn't say what his motive might have been. But now all the sudden, they know for a fact that this white guy was motived by anti-Asian bias for no other reason than he is white and they are Asian.

I've never understood "hate crimes" carrying higher sentences than just plain old regular crimes. Is it somehow worse if you kill someone because you hate their skin than just because you hate them. Are they somehow more dead, and thus require special sentencing?

Now don't misread this - sure there are hate crimes. I'm not arguing that.
Something doesn't smell right about this explosion of hate crimes against asians narrative being pushed. What's the end game? -
The guy who believes in race science talking bout baseless charges.
