The left's policy prescriptions are guaranteed to increase the number of homeless. Same with welfare. The left is never held to any standard regarding if their "solutions" actually work, their stand is always does it make them feel better about themselves and does it give the appearance that they care and are concerned.

Yep, as soon as you come to the realization that they don't really care about fixing a problem, they care about throwing money at a problem that will benefit their supporters and their campaign coffers it makes better sense.
