The answer is always money. DACA started this in 2014...then the Trump admin created policy to stem the tide and squeeze the market on human trafficking. Biden admin has re-opened the floodgates with ZERO n the way of policy/resources to handle the result.

But at the end of the day, they have their new voter pool.
