My mistake, Kavanaugh protestors were arrested.

She said those arrested were being cited and can pay a $50 ticket to have charged dropped. She said Schumer was among those arrested and was still being processed.
And just like the Jan. 6 protestors, they were given a $50 ticket and not held behind bars. How could I have ever believed that "arrests" that didn't even involve the person being handcuffed, and resulted in a $50 ticket weren't really arrests.

Btw, many of these protestors were fully convinced that Kavanaugh was a gang rapist. Since I've been told that that only right wingers believe conspiracy theories that aren't based on any evidence can someone please remind me of all the "evidence" these people had that Kavanaugh was a gang rapist?
