    I've got some Jew in me from my Jew-loving great-great grandmother in the mid 1800s.

    Got twice as much German, though. So I guess I owe a big debt.

    Only living Japanese who had actually been interned in the camps received compensation. The Federal government put the Japanese in camps. The Federal government didn't enslave any black people. There's really no comparison.
    If only there was block chain technology in 1865, this whole problem about reparations could be solved. Either you and yours owned slaves or you didn't. Easily verifiable through the technology. You play, you pay.

    But alas, that didn't exist then.
