    I’ll believe the right is winning when there’s a 20% flat tax for earners above the poverty threshold and that the federal government figures out its primary functions are public infrastructure, disaster relief, and national defense. State government primary functions are public schools, police, fire, corporate regulation, and research support for the hard sciences at their public universities.

    Let’s see who does it best.
