Narcissists have supreme confidence in themselves, Cuomo is protected because he’s Daddy Mario’s kid, and there is no way Sonny Cuomo thinks he did anything wrong by sending people to die. He may even say it was needed to prevent more deaths. That should be in a few weeks.
