EUGENE — “George Moore will return for a seventh season of college football.
The Oregon offensive tackle, who started all seven games for the Ducks in 2020, is returning in 2021, the program announced Tuesday.
Moore’s return means the Ducks will have their entire starting offensive line back next season.
Moore’s career began at the College of San Mateo, where he spent 2015-16 before coming to Oregon in 2017. He was granted a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA in mid-August.
The Ducks have 18 scholarship offensive linemen with Moore returning. Fellow senior Sam Poutasi, the second-team left guard, hasn’t indicated whether he’s returning.“
