If you look at the new cabinet selections, a shadow presidency has been formed, consisting primarily of Obama loyalists, some with ties to Soros, and what's happened already is a reboot of Barry's policies. Joe has never been a leader, he simply is not a president or presidential material. He's a leaf in the wind, going in whatever direction the wind blows, and now is in the early stages of dementia. The hardcore left wing ideology being forced upon the country is that of an ideologue, a true believer, or group of true believers. Biden will be allowed to play president for as long as he serves his purpose, and in my opinion it's not too hard to figure out who's really in charge.
