The race for the first FBS scholarship offer from an Oregon class of 2023 football prospect is over.
And Central Catholic tight end Riley Williams is the winner.
The 6-foot-7, 230-pound tight end, who turned 16 years old in November, received an offer from the Oregon State Beavers last week, followed by another from the Arizona State Sun Devils.
While his journey is far from finished, Williams is officially on the map as a major college football prospect - and he’s thankful to have been recognized so early in his prep career.
