He has a 3 post blog that’s just about the softest thing I’ve ever read.
As much as self love is as it says about loving yourself, it is about surrounding yourself with people that raise you up & not tear you down, people that add to your loving yourself not add to your doubt of yourself. If you feel that those that you surround yourself are not bringing out the best in you, it might be something to think about to change the people you do hang out with. No one who does not bring about positive vibes & good feelings should be given the opportunity to tear down those who are working on loving themselves. It is so important. -
