Not a young hungry spaz running around trying to innovate with energy but still learning.
Not a old grizzled fuck that hates doing new things and wearing Hawaiian shirts but does know how to run things in their system.
I didn’t expect Jimmy to hire a superstar, he never had the connections, but I did expect him to atleast grab a young innovator OR an established okish old timer.
