So apparently this kid is injured and enrolling at UW next week, which would seem to suggest that this season (2021) will be his redshirt year. Maybe we are so afraid he will decommit that we're foregoing a year of his eligibility

Really his true freshman year is 21 so essentially he reclassified?

They can control and pay for the medical procedure maybe if it is a serious injury.
